Friday’s KU Campus Update for the Coronavirus Pandemic

Dear KU Campus Community,

Here are today’s updates from campus:

HEALTH UPDATE FOR THE KU CAMPUS
There are NO confirmed cases of coronavirus on campus. As of today, there are 65 cases in Berks County.

HOW THIS IMPACTS KU: GOVERNOR WOLF APPLIES MITIGATION EFFORTS TO BERKS COUNTY
Today, Governor Wolf extended his ‘Stay at Home’ order to Berks County. At KU, we continue to operate under our current protocols: students are learning remotely, events on campus are cancelled, and non-essential employees are telecommuting until further notice. Essential employees have been contacted by their supervisors regarding their work status. Administrative offices will remain open utilizing phone and email communication.

SELF-CARE TIPS
The staff and students of KU Health and Wellness Services would like to share some self-care tips. It is important to stay home, but also to focus on staying mentally and physically healthy. We hope some of these tips will help you as we practice self-distancing.

Student success workshops are available for next week. Please click the link at the time indicated to attend workshop.
