message from president hawkinson and dean mccargo on recent national events
dear ku campus community,
in light of the current unrest in our nation associated with the death of george floyd in minnesota, we want to remind everyone that kutztown university is committed to diversity, and promotes an environment wherein all those associated with our institution can feel valued and safe.
our university rejects all forms of racism, sexism, bigotry, brutality and discrimination.
our bias response task force, chaired by ku’s dean of students, proactively works to promote a welcoming campus for all. the ku community is encouraged to visit the task force website at the following link to better understand its mission and goals.
